ROTA FOUNDATION sincerely appreciates every contribution made towards our charitable initiatives.

As donations are utilized for social welfare projects, donations are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate transactions
• Incorrect donation amount due to technical error
• Unauthorized payment verified by the payment gateway

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Please include:

• Donor Name
• Transaction ID
• Date of Donation
• Amount
• Reason for Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 working days, subject to payment gateway processing times.
