Conflict of Interest Policy

Effective Date: 1st June 2026

ROTA FOUNDATION is committed to conducting its affairs with honesty, integrity, and transparency.

A conflict of interest occurs when the personal interests of a Director, Trustee, Officer, Employee, or Volunteer could interfere with the best interests of the Foundation.

All individuals associated with ROTA FOUNDATION shall:

  • Disclose actual or potential conflicts of interest.
  • Avoid participating in decisions where a conflict exists.
  • Act solely in the best interests of the Foundation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.

The Board shall review disclosed conflicts and determine appropriate actions to ensure fairness and transparency.

Failure to disclose a conflict of interest may result in appropriate disciplinary action.
